Team photo night will be held on Oct 27 & Oct 28 in the lobby of Oceanside Place.
Please see attached schedule for you teams time slot.
Dressing room access will only be available to the team practicing on those nights so please come dressed in your full gear if possible.
Each player will get an envelope for photo night that needs the top portion completed and brought to photo night.
Each team player will get a team photo as well as an individual photo that is included with your registration.
Please complete forms for additional photos and payment.
Please be on time as there are 25 groups having photos done and unfortunately we are not able to wait for late players.
There are no retake nights for photos.

Respect in Sport Course Requirement due by Oct 15, 2015
Register for Respect in Sport (RIS) Parent Program – Must be Completed by October 15, 2015
The Respect in Sport Parent Program is an effective and informative online training program for parents of active children. This one hour online certification program reinforces a parents role in a child or youth’s activities, encouraging positive sport behaviours and providing insight into the various roles other individuals (such as coaches and officials) play. This program empowers parents to ensure the safety of their children, encourage positive and effective communication, and to enhance a child’s fun and camaraderie of the activity.

Parent Respect in Sport Program Requirement
The Female Try it Session has been CANCELLED.
At the last Executive meeting a motion was made and passed to have the association purchase up to 50 referee jerseys and provide them to our officials to defray their costs. The system will work the same as player jerseys, where you (or your parents ) will provide a jersey deposit of $40.00. At the end of the season if the jersey is returned in good condition, the deposit cheque will be returned. If the referee decides to keep the jersey or it is damaged, the deposit cheque will be cashed. The cheque must be dated 01 APRIL 2016. The jerseys must be returned by 31 March 2016.
If you would like to take advantage of this, please let me know so I can get the original shipment started and set up a location for sizing. We will also be giving all new officials an Acme Thunder whistle.
