OCEANSIDE MINOR HOCKEY ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

OMHA will be having their AGM on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 7:00pm.

Due to COVID-19, there will be a few changes to the meeting as OMHA is following all COVID-19 protocols that are in place. This year we will be unable to have an in-person meeting as we have had in previous years. As most of you know, ZOOM Meetings have now been the norm for many and OMHA has decided this will be our platform for the AGM.

If you wish to “attend” the AGM, I ask that you send Amy an email saying so and the email address you want used and she will add you to the invitation list. Please do not send your request to any other Executive member other than Amy. On the day of the meeting (May 19), Amy will send out the link to whomever signed up to attend. The deadline for anyone requesting to attend will be May 5, 2021 at 6:00pm. After that date and time, Amy will no longer accept any requests to attend. Please send you invitation request to Amy at secretary@oceansidehockey.com.

Also, if you have a nomination for any of the positions that are up for election this year, these names are to be sent to me at administrator@oceansidehockey.com by May 5, 2021 in order for that name to stand. There will be no nominations from the floor during the meeting. The positions that are up for election are:

1st Vice President (must have served at least 11 months on the OMHA Executive Committee)
Treasurer
Risk Manager
Coach Coordinator
Recreational Coordinator
Tournament/Jamboree Coordinator
Sponsorship Coordinator
Development Coordinator

If you wish any information on any of these positions, please email me and I will send out a “job” description.
