OMHA is running pre season jump start ice sessions available to any player in all divisions. It is open to the first 20 people to commit.

There is no additional cost involved but you must be registered and have fees paid to take part.

We will have development coaches running the sessions but would ask for any help from coaches who have completed the required CRC for this upcoming season. Please notify me if you are able to help out.

Initiation/Novice 1:00 to 2:00 pm
Atom 2:15 to 3:15 pm
Peewee 3:30 to 4:30 pm
Bantam 4:45 to 5:45 pm
Midget 6:00 to 7:00 pm
